Program won't load due to graphics issue

My computer originally ran this program in poor quality, and even though nothing has changed, it wont start it anymore. It always pops up saying " set display to 32-bit true color", but I'm already in that mode. Then, it asks for an updated graphics driver, yet my computer says it is already up to date. How can I get the program to work?

When you ask a tech question include information about your computer and viewer. If the viewer will at least show the login screen, get the info from the viewer's Help-About... and paste that into your post with your question. Help->About... provides all the version numbers we need.  To add your info to an existing question use OPTIONS->EDIT. It’s in the upper right of your post.

It also helps to know if you are using a laptop or a desktop and a wired or wireless connection.

Without that information all we can do is guess. That means you have to try all our bad guesses and eliminate them one by one. This is easier for all of us, if you give us good information to start with.

So.... without information all I can do is say check: System Requirements | Second Life.

You never ever use the computers inbuilt function to search for new drivers. 99% of the time you do that it will tell you your driver is up to date when it's not.

Check what graphics card you have and go to the manufecturers site and manually search for the latest driver.
