All avatars are gray, help

Hello, I work with machiminia in second life, I never had problems with uploading avatars, but 4 days does not see avatars are completely gray, this is happening only with avatars, clothes and land are loading normally but all the avatars appear gray. I've wiped cache, wiped my computer, my internet is normal with same speed I always used, since test reseted my avatar, and I've changed my viewer and nothing worked. Can anyone help me?

The support staff at Firestorm suggest that problems like yours are caused by the HTTP protocol - more specifically, it overwhelms some lower end routers. Many people find that HTTP makes rezzing MUCH faster; others instead, those with lower end routers, wireless ones in particular, have one or more of the following issues:

• all avatars except your own appear grey
• in-world objects remain grey
• mesh objects do not rez in
• your avatar bakes, then goes blurry, then rebakes, etc
• inventory is stubborn to load fully
• problems with voice
• music/video doesn't work or is intermittent

There are times when your ISP(internet service provider) DNS suddenly decides it doesn`t want to communicate with second life for whatever reason. This happened to a lot of users, mainly in Europe, a few weeks ago. It maybe worth trying google DNS
