I have ordered two items twice fully paid and all and neither one hae showed up in my inventory..

Zoe,

This is the Answers forum, and all of here are just residents like you.  We can't do anything to get you a refund or deliver your items.

You will have to file a Support Case with Linden Lab.

That's not likely to produce results in time for Halloween though.  If the merchants have in-world stores, go there and purchase the items you want.

 If the creator is on line today they may be able to respond to you today. Check the creators profile to see if they specify how to contact them or if they have a manager or customer service rep you should contact. Contact the creator and explain what happened.  Provide your 2 transaction records showing your purchase as proofs.  If you bought them on the Marketplace it would be your record from there, if you bought them inworld it would be the transaction record on your dashboard that you would need to send.
