Sempre que entro no second life ele cai sozinho, fica só alguns minutinhos logado e fecha sozinho! Me ajudem?

I am having problems with the "Pheonix viewer" and "firestorm". I was told to upgrade the software and I got spammed with another program that I told it not to load. Just took me an hour to remove it all. Stay away from firestorm and pheonix.

If that happened, you must have been trying to download the Firestorm viewer from a bogus site instead of going to Firestorm's own site. That's a dangerous thing to do. The Phoenix viewer no longer exists, BTW. It was obsolete more than a year ago and will no longer work in world. If you have it, discard it.

The Firestorm viewer is the most popular viewer in use now, and is the most reliable of all viewers in SL including Linden Lab's V3 viewer, according to LL's own crash statistics.

When your session regularly disconnects after a few minutes, you are experiencing a poor internet connection.

Be sure to get a "wired" connection and avoid using wireless.
