I'm a Premium member, I want to buy a full prim sim from another resident

How can I do this?

Agree on a selling price.  Then you and the seller need to submit support cases to start the formal transfer.  You each have to indicate the agreed selling price in your cases.  As the buyer, you submit your case under the category Land & Region >>> Initiate a Land Purchase.  The seller submits an identical case under the category Initiate a Land Sale.  You can look for land available for private sale in the Land Forums or through real estate agencies in world.
