Yea I have no idea how to contact someone to reopen the sim to get my things. @ Linden Labs And Rolig Loon.

Please do as I advised in your earlier thread: Submit a support case to Linden Lab, asking them to open the sim and allow you to collect your items.

2) To the Support Page for you account which YOU could have gotten to on your own by pressing the HELP drop down menu option and selecting the Submit a Support Case option. Use the Land & Region category and then select Other Land Issues option to get the proper routing of your request. 

You will still need to describe your exact issue and needs in the 3 windows asking for detailed information regarding your issue.
