Am I allowed to give away my free item duplicates to others?

I know it's kinda a noobish question but I have several duplicate items and would like to give some to people rather than throwing them away is that allowed?

I am sure the creators of those free items will be happy to know their creations are in more hands.

P.S. We are talking of freebies and not full perm items bought from Marketplace for merchants. Those have specific rules made/written from their creators and usually they aren't allowed to be given away for free.

Being able to pass your stuff to other accounts is one of several advantages of having transfer stuff, so yes, take advantage of it!
