The sliders for avatar customization won't work. I can't changer her skin tone, eye shape, etc.

Here are my computer specs: 

Processor: 2 GHz Intel Core i7

Memory: 8 GB 1600 MHz DDR3

Graphics: Intel HD Graphics 4000 1024 MB

 

I cannot changer her skintone nor facial features. Other sliders seems to work well. Some clothing also either makes my body disappear or doesn't show up at all.

The classic controls, skin etc. don't work on all-mesh starter avatars (or any all mesh avatar). Use the Avatar Chooser in viewer to switch to a classic avatar, then the controls will work. You can also find classic avatars in the Linden Library folders in your inventory. You can drag the folder onto your avatar to replace your current avatar with the one in the folder.
