It's important to do this right.

Scream and yell at them a lot.  Whip out a submachine gun and murderize them thoroughly.  Slap them into a cage and full restraints and dump them in a pit of hungry velociraptors.  As an alternative, hire a Second Life "lawyer" and roleplay taking them to divorce court. 

THEN pay the unpartnering fee.

Next, Return all their objects.  Do this in a lump, so they will have to rez it and sort everything out.

Ban them from your land.  Then, Mute them.

I'm sure you'll come up with other creative ideas.  The point is, your divorce should be just as elaborate (and fun) as your wedding.  I mean, sure, he's a creep, but you might as well get some enjoyment out of it, right?
