How do I restart a deleted avatar?

I deleted an avatar awhile ago, but I'd like to restart it.  I know that I will have lost the entire inventory, but still... any clues as to how?  Thanks.

If you have cancelled your account, you may be able to restore it, depending on how long ago it was cancelled. There is a US$9.95 reactivation fee for restoring an account.

Warning: Even if your account is restored, the associated inventory, land, and Linden dollar balance may be unrecoverable.

To start the process:

1. Open a support case.
2. Under What type of problem are you having? choose Account Issue.
3. Choose Reactivate an old account.
4. Enter the required information
5. Click Submit.

Rolig is right on the money.  I did this a few months ago and my avatar was deleted in 2010.  That's 4 years being deleted, so your chances of recovery should be fine.  They will contact you via e-mail for more information about your account though, so be ready.  You'll need the e-mail address you used, (I believe) date of birth and any other information they might use from your account to verify it's you.
