Question

Thank you for responding to my previous question but the issue is not when I upload to Firestorm, the issue is that when I take a snapshot and the computer tries to download to my hard drive. This is when I get the message... LLImage GL :: create GL Texture failed to make texture

I realize that moderators of this forum might not be tech support which is why in my previous question I asked how to get in touch with Firestorm tech support, the reason is because I have already read the advice on the links you gave me but they do not apply because this is a crash ... the exact message reads....

Application Error - Don't panic

We are sorry, but Firestorm has crashed and needs to be closed. If you see this issue happening repeatedly please contact please contact our support team and submit the following message   LLImage GL :: create GL Texture failed to make texture

So my question is where do I send this message, when I do a web search for "Firestorm Tech support " I get several websites, links pages etc, or should I do a search for tech support using my Viewer?
