Every time I take a snapshot Firestorm crashes

Every time I take a snapshot Firestorm crashes and I get the following message ; "LLImage GL : : create GL Texture failed to make texture."

The computer is either an idiot or a liar because it does make the texture, I am able to save the photo to my hard drive but then I have to go through the hassle of starting up Firestorm again. Is there any way to avoid the crash? Also the computer told me to contact the Firestorm support team for help, I suspect the computer is lying about the existence of such a group of miracle workers but on the odd chance that the computer is right about this, does any one know how to contact them?

If you are crashing when you try to upload a texture, please try disabling VBO, as described here. Also, if you are on Windows and running Microsoft SkyDrive, prefer refer here. If you are on a Mac, this workaround may fix the problem.
