how do I set adobe flash player storage for my secondlife tv to work

I need help with my TV in secondlife , I keep getting a message on the TV to allow adobe flash player to allow storeage on my computer in order for my TV to work

Windows users: In order to play Flash format videos (eg YouTube videos), you must have the Firefox version of the Adobe Flash plugin installed. Unless you already have this specific version of Flash installed already, you will need to get the Firefox Flash plugin; see here.
