Trouble again about Scheduled Billing Maintenance

Question

Hello,

I have read the note about Maintenance, but nothing since yesterday does not work yet . I cannot ever again buy anything on the marketplace or make transactions. I have tried everything. 

I need help and a solution.

I am going to guess that you have not really tried "everything".  The instructions in the note on the Grid Status blog say

Some users are reporting that they are receiving the error “We are unable to make changes to the current invoice” when attempting to transact using the LindeX and Marketplace. This is a result of browsers not recognizing the internal changes made during this maintenance.

If you receive this error, please do a “hard refresh” of the page. This can be accomplished in most popular Windows based browsers by holding down Ctrl and pressing F5, and popular Mac based browsers by holding Shift and clicking reload in their browser.

If you require additional assistance, please contact our support team through the support portal at https://support.secondlife.com/

So, if the "hard refresh" didn't work when you tried it, did you contact Live Chat (if you are a Premium member) or submit a support case, using the category Marketplace Issue?

Re-Hello,

I'm sorry but I do a "hard refresh" and press Ctrl and pressing F5 many times this morning , before and after my message to you. And nothing.

I also contacted also the support team through the support portal at https://support.secondlife.com/ I) as we suggest it to us and it does not still arrange my problem. It's possible that it not well but I have make it.

I really need that my problem is solved. Please help !
