It's very hard to find out.  You should have received an e-mail notice from Linden Lab that gives you a general idea.  You can refer to the guidelines for listing items in your Marketplace store to see where you may have stepped across a line somehow.  To find out exactly what you did wrong, though, you'll have to look very carefully, make changes, and try posting again.
