Marketplace review

I'm having an issue leaving a review on a gifted item, it tells me, "You must purchase the product before you can review it.", when I try clicking the review button on the item page. But then when my brother, who purchases the gifts to be sent to me, tries to, it tells him the same thing. Also, he has no review this product button on the invoice in his order history, so he cannot do it that way. Do gifts just go un-reviewed?

The person who paid for a gifted item is supposed to be able to leave a review, but that  feature can be squirrely.  Your brother might try clearing his browser's cache or changing browsers.
