Lindens have not arrived

At approx 3:50 PM SLT on 05/25/2016 I purchased 10k lindens using card ebding in 5734. These Lindens have not reached my account 10 minutes later.

 

My balance before the purchase was 1003 Lins and still is.

 

How do I get this looked at and what details do you need?

You really need to contact Linden Labs and raise it with them. I have called them several times and they are super helpful over the phone. If you don't want to call then then just raise a Support Ticket.

And check yur bank account to make sure the funds were actually taken our of your account.
