how to give up land

i wish to give up my land so that i can go back to a basic mebership. How do i acomplish this.

You only need to give up land that you own on the Mainland.  Residents with Basic memberships may own land in private estates (I have owned land for years and have never been Premium :smileywink: ).  If you own Mainland property, you may either sell it to another resident or simply open About Land and check the Abandon Land box on the General page.  If you have donated tier credits to a group, you must also remove your contribution.  See https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Group-owned-land/ta-p/700079#Section_.5.1
