16sqm parcel with an island - overlapping LL protected water, my parcel, and my water access

As I said, the island in the foreground sits on 16sqm.  I own to the south - LL water to the north and east.

How can I correct this?

 

 

ETA Where is everyone?  Did a cat get your tongue?  If so, I will accept a furry response.

I did contact the owner of the 16sqm  I worked out a wonderful deal with the guy.  Thank you all for your quick responses. :matte-motes-bored:

Not sure where you are saying the 16sqm is....is it part of that little island?....Who owns it?
