llSetFaceText - Not active yet?

Anyone know if htis function wil see the light of day? It is exactly what I need. Have a mesh object with 8 faces and 3 of them would want to have some hover text. I can do it with llinked prims but htis would save me from doing that.

Jut curious on the status. :)

That's a wish list, not a list of scheduled upgrades.  It might never happen.

Yeah, if you look at the History on that page, you'll see that the feature was added to that wish list on November 15, 2008.  No comments or other changes since then. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for it.
