Here's a simple thing to try:

Open a new inventory window.  The command is found in the "gear" icon at the bottom of the inventory window.  If the new window shows the missing folder, great!  Just close the old window and use the new one.

If that doesn't work, see this article for more things to try:  http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_missing_inventory

Check your trash to see if you didn't accidently delete it.  If not, it could be your viewers inventory file has been corrupted. Clear your cache and re-log into a water region with nothing on it. Don't do anything. Don't IM, Voice walk around etc. Just let your inventory rebuild itself.

If you still don't see your things right, do a clean re-install of your viewer. Here is how to do that https://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/How-to-uninstall-and-reinstall-Second-Life/ta-p/1375231

The link provided is for the official SL viewer, but also works for third party viewers. You viewer name will be substituted for the SL viewer name.
