expensive radio disappeared from our group land on restart - need proof it poofed to get replacement

Had the radio deeded to the land and on a restart it just vanished.  Not in lost in found in anyone's inventory.  Its just bye-bye!  I can try and get a replacement, but they want proof I didn't give it to someone.  Is there a way to verify that it wasn't given away or was actually lost?

Well, if you had given it to anyone, it would appear in your Transaction History, so that's easy to demonstrate.  In fact, to get it into your own inventory, you would have had to act on behalf of the group to sell it to yourself, and that too would have appeared in your Transaction History.  It's much harder to explain where it did go, but stranger things have happened with server restarts.  If it doesn't appear in someone's inventory within a few days, try checking the region's garbage collection area, in the SW corner at <0.0,0.0,0.0>.  That's where some things end up when the servers don't know where else to put them.
