having trouble logging in sl

i can't log in as cindy20au harvy but i can log in with my alt one

i try two different computer the same result

only my alt can log in. any one can help me

Come back to your question and edit it (via "Options" over there on the right) to tell us about any error messages you receive, or just where in the log-on process you get stuck. Without more information, it'll be very difficult to offer any advice.

Absent any additional information, my first guess is that your Cindy account has been temporarily or permanently banned. If that's the case, you should have received an e-mail alerting you to that action. That is only a guess, so don't panic yet!
