Deleted account and now it says "Your billing rate: USD 9.95 Basic " is it going to try to charge?

I went to delete my account and now it says this under account status:

Your billing rate: USD 9.95 Basic

Will it try to charge this fee just for wanting to delete my account? I'm afraid it will charge me. I guess I should have looked into this more but I didn't think that it would be a problem.

 I don't own any land or anything on this account and haven't used it in a couple of years. Whenever I go to the delete account page now it just brings me back to the summary page, I'm assuming cuz I already cancelled it and it's pending.

That $9.95 fee will be applied if you ever want to re-activate an account that has been canceled.  If you cancel a Premium account, remember that you will still have use of the account and may enjoy all benefits until the end of your current billing period.  After all, a Premium account is pre-paid.  That's why you will see the words "cancellation pending".  The account won't actually be de-activated until the nd of your billing period.
