Can I connect my friend's paypal account to my SL account as billing information to upload mesh and all?

UPDATED First of all,thanks for all the answer.For those who don't know,I would have made my own PayPal account if I could.I have my own personal reasons for not be able to make one and of course I would pick a friend that I could trust to do this with.It's pretty rude to call someone foolish or idiots when you don't really know anything in detail so think about what you're gonna say throughly first before posting it.
