Purchased item not delivered from in world store, contacted seller, no response since 1 week.

Seller have yet to respond ever since 1 week ago and support says they can't do anything if the seller have quit the game.

Any advice appreciated.

P.S What if seller is still active but deliberately ignoring the issue.

This is really bad, didn't know this is actually another way to scam fellow residents.

That's quite true.  If a resident has left SL (died, ill, on vacation, just wandered off .... ) and still has a store that s/he paid the rent on, the store could continue for quite a while.  There's no way that anyone else can  get into the owner's inventory or accounts to answer questions for you.
