When you separate, for example, the inventory window from the sidebar, it is NOT the same as the inventory window which you can open with Ctrl + Shift + I. Isn't it funny and confusing if two windows of the same function have different interfaces, in a single program?
When you don't need the separated windows any more, you can't close them directly. you have to RETURN them to the sidebar, and then the sidebar OPENS, so you have to close it, too.
They are NEVER "regular" windows, they are still parts of that black opaque sidebar.
I can't understand why the developpers stick around so much to the sidebar.

Tried the 2.2 beta and the unlocked sidebar.
