    Well this is a good start for people who thought they would have to pay literally thousands of dollars to upgrade their avatars  to be TOS compliant. Hopefully other creators will follow suit.

    You're saying LL should go soft on adults who can read,  who agree to the TOS and then get caught not following it. Because "cultural reasons". 

    I disagree and I bet LL won't see it as a valid excuse either.

    As I said, people from other countries also have to agree to the TOS before they log in. I HIGHLY doubt being european is going to carry any weight in deciding to ban someone or not who has agreed to the TOS. Nor should it. 

    From tthe way the CEO spoke, it doesn't sound like LL is going to be handing out any get out of jail free cards.

    Good to see that the content creators are getting down to the business of helping residents become tos compliant. Unfortunately some residents will instead focus on loopholes and getting around the TOS. And the CEO knows this.

    No they don't need to take that into account. They're a private company and are doing what they feel is best for their business and by extension the user base. I can't imagine any european refusing to play sl because child nudity is not allowed, unless child nudity is purely why they enjoy sl.

    I really doubt anyone claiming that their avi is gender neutral or trans is going to prevent a ban if they're not wearing an upper modesty patch if they look at all female BTW. I think LL will be keenly aware of "loopholes" around the TOS

    Skin creators are already making hairless male bodies to cater in part to teens, I feel like they will probably just slap modesty undies on some and bobs your uncle.

    Was that head from Lelutka? Every year they generously give out a head around the holidays and the last one I couldn't use for the same reason.
