I personally dislike screen surrounds, it looks like a skybox on the ground, that being said if they are clear on the neighbors side that is fine, but a lot make us suffer the picture on the screen. I had a parcel with a huge challenge a big add board right opposite, one right outside (which i paid dearly for) and a neighbor with an eyesore. What i did was use trees lots of them rocks on the one side to hide the neighbors stuff & to hide the ad board across the road a waterfall! There are some beautiful Mainland regions out there that are beautiful, where all the residents build in them and tasteful. I still don't understand the whole I have a grass parcel but I am going to make it all snow, or the I have a snow parcel but I am going to put a beach on it? wth and making beach into all grass.
