Hi, Whilst I commend you for trying to set up a skills sharing class in SL i think it prudent to point out the 100L$ is a very small amount to offer someone for 1 hour of their time. Like many others in SL I regularly give my time freely to teach anyone who is interested and willing to learn some of the skills that enhance the SL experience. However if I was of a mind to charge for my knowledge the price would need to be well into the thousands of Lindens to make it a commercial proposition. Having said all this, should anyone wish to IM me with requests for tuition i will certainly try to help.

As a content creator and business owner in sl I fail to see what all the fuss is about. Nothing will change. at present there are all types of people in SL including those with professional skills right down to those who cannot even rez a cube. Once meshes become live there will still be all sorts of people in SL as above. Why is it people only ever see the negative side of things. Meshes will enable new content to be created and will certainly mean that some can sell their creations as is the case currently with prim and sculpty items. But it will not mean that the SL world will suddenly become a place of have and have nots. If you are unable to create things outside SL there is nothing to stop you learning. there are plenty of tutorials and people willing to help.
