I am interested in renting a full region and would prefer to pay no more than 15 000L / week though I may entertain as high as 16 000L from the right person. I have rented the current sim that I have for 3 years now. I am reliable, pay my teir before its due and can manage everything that needs managing without issue. Personally I absolutely hate Gatchas. If I go to a store in search of something and find it sold in a gatcha I simply leave and take my business elsewhere. I would much rather see it slightly altered so that there is a choice to play or buy, so that if I want to buy this furniture set I can get it for price X, but if I want I can take my chances and see if I can get it for lower price Y. I do see their appeal, and they were fun when it was for little quirky collectibles, but the route they've gone now just makes me buy what I want at someone else's store. They need to add a filter to the MP so that you can filter OUT, limited quantity items.

Not to toot my own horn, well ok... I am... I suggest you check out my prefabs at by Dorian. They're decently low prim, high quality, and come in various sizes / styles and options. Specifically for diningroom and office. The diningroom set I'm looking for should be black and white ( black wood, white fabric ). Gray and cream will also work. The setup needs to be large, preferably 5m long or so, if not even bigger than that. If there are matching pieces like sideboards, hutch and buffet, cabinets, even better. The office I'm looking for is an executive type office set up. A large, antique style desk or writing table, bookshelves, side tables / cabinets and so on. Most important to me is that the set be extremely well made, without chunky round parts and stretched out distorted textures. I am not interested in shabby chic, though I might consider it for the office if the color scheme is right. Anyone know where I can find this? Particularly if you happen to know a not well known or new mesh creator, I'd love to hear from you, I think I've looked at most of the well knowns. I am looking for THIS. The outfit would need to be 100% rigged mesh including the boots. This does not exist anywhere on SL right now that I can find so it might be a good opportunity for someone to catch a niche market that is severely lacking in options. I am the designer / builder for By Dorian, and business has gotten to the point where I require someone to handle the administrative end of things to allow me time to simply build. This position requires someone as dedicated to making my business grow and profit as I am. That being said, the right person will be getting in on the ground level of what is already a successful business, with great and sustained earning potential for your time. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 1. Your av must be at least 2 years old. Alts need not apply as I find they tend to easily disappear. I am looking for someone who will be in it for the long term. 2. You must be skilled at blogging AND photography. 3. You must be familiar with Flickr, Facebook and any other social network suitable for marketting purposes. 4. You must be reliable and professional 5. You must speak perfectly fluent english. 6. You must be able to dedicate at least a few hours most days to the business. JOB DUTIES 1. Take pictures of new builds to be used for marketplace and vendor ads. 2. Create and manage a blog for the store, providing a new blog entry any time a new item is released. 3. Create and manage a facebook page for the store. 4. Create and manage a flikr album for the store. 5. Create and manage any other social networking type site that will help further product exposure. 6. Manage the mailing list and send notices when new products are released. 7. Research and implement any other marketting tool that will increase store exposure. PAYMENT In the spirit of assuring the person hired is indeed dedicated to helping the business profit and grow, I am offering a purely commission based salary where you will receive 5% of all sales I make to start with. If I see a significant increase in sales and store traffic then that percentage will be increased accordingly as well. Note that commission will not start until I actually see some work being done. However a negotiable lump sum will be paid upon completion of setting up the various sites and pages to my liking. I've heard a few people say that they choose not to use the marketplace website to sell their items because they do not wish to give a portion of their profits to LL. However, I will tell you that by doing so you may actually be losing more profit than you think you are saving because I for one absolutely hate going to shop in "brick and mortar" stores, and I am pretty positive that there are many others out there who feel the same. For me, shopping in world is a tedious, frustrating, extremely annoying chore. I hate the wasted time of standing for 10 minutes or longer waiting for an entire store to rez just to find a single scarf, I hate dealing with the horrid lag in most shopping venues, I hate having to scrounge and search through complicated, inefficient shop layouts to find the one thing I am looking for, and I'm pretty sure I'm not alone. I hope that the vendors boycotting the marketplace will reconsider. After my shopping experience today I think I am finally throwing in the towel and refusing to shop in world for anything ever again.
