Hi Amanda,
Around 10 months ago we met here on this blog, in a thread called "Why all the freaking whining?". You went around the blogs with Q Linden to ensure everyone you were listening. Here we are again, you saying "We are listening", and residents experiencing a sense of mass-induced deja vu. Consider this: You can listen to a radio, you could even talk to a radio, but you can't communicate with a radio. Communication needs a constant back and forth, to make sure everyone understands eachother as much as possible. So maybe, instead of listening, you could put more effort into echoing what you think you are hearing? Without going in too much detail, let me give you two examples from the jira.
1) Compare

to

In this case residents were outside, bashing large hammers on the concrete wall, while Lindens were sitting inside wondering if there might be a poltergeist. Eventually Andrew ProductEngine spent 1 day and 6 hours to get it fixed, but dear oh dear, how painful was it to get there?
2) Now have a look at this jira: https://jira.secondlife.com/browse/SVC-6724 Does Maestro go on the blogs to say he is listening? No! He just does his job with enthousiasm. People are grateful, and the results are there.

I'll join most others in saying: -The wikipage on the rules of conduct would fit well in an old-style North Siberian prisoncamp. The entire text can be replaced with "Common sense & TeamSpirit", plus a reference to the ToS.
-You already lack the time to monitor and moderate the existing channels, why would you want to add twitter and facebook?
-Jira-voting has never worked well, while the number of jira-watchers gives some indication of priority, true. But if you tell people to watch (and take away voting) we'll be back to square one in no time, only this time with a messed up watching-system.
