If your products are still using the Magic Boxes to deliver the items, then the issue isn't with the Marketplace web site or Direct Delivery but with your Magic Box's ability to communicate off of the region in world to the Marketplace web site.
I pointed out the region inworld I pay 30USD a month, I bought it for the main purpose of the magic box, and that the scripts are enabled, and the box has never been moved from its location. Somehow some maintenence they did has knockt it off somehow completly in Jan.
I changed to DD today to see if I get any sales through but I still think the money refunded to the customer should be returned to the sellers, I paid for listings of the products, and I paid for the land the magic box was sitting on, that money should also go to the maintenence of that land so these issues don't happen.
