  1. Try checking at DE Designs.  You won't find prim laces here as others have stated they would likely be a big problem unless you stoook totally still.  But Doc at DE does some fab work with textures and am sure one of his outfits has laced up pants

  2. You likely have found a sandbox with the links provided here by other posters...but, ongoing when you need to find something in Second Life you use "Search"

In this case you would open the Search box and type in "Sandbox" which would bring up several listings for you to look at.  Click on the one you want, then use the teleport button to get to it.

  3. I think it depends on how mesh is received by the majority of the SL population.  If it gathers enough interest, people will move to mesh enabled viewers by choice.  For me, I haven't seen anything in mesh yet that was worth changing my day-to-day viewer for.

  4. This is a resident forum for discussion not a Linden point of contact.  If you have particular resident(s) violating the TOS you can submit an AR.  There is no mentor group anymore that is recognized by LL; so likely working through your group will change little ( I was a SL mentor for several years and the program was disbanded). Filing abuse reports is proably your best option.  You will not know what action is taken, if any on reports; LL keeps this confidential...for the record if you do make a report, it is "foul language", "Fowl" is any sort of bird.  It is nice to know some people are still out helping new residents, the landing zones for new residents have always been horrid spots.

  5. I am with Venus, I join because the merchandise is unique and of superior quality.  I have lots of favorite shops that have joined over the years so if a new shop offers the same things I won't join; has to be something different that I do not already have a favorite merchant for.

Gifts are not very important to me.  More often than not the gifts from even my favorite shops are either not a style or a color I would wear or an item I would use, and so end up trashing all but a very few.

I leave groups that send me too many notices, or allow chat spam.  I also leave groups if the merchandise seen in notices fails to continue offering a new perspecitve and unique offerings.

  6. This happens to me when my graphics card gets overwhelmed.  I clear cache, log out.  Shut down my system for 30 seconds or so then reboot and login.  Has always worked for me

  7. Go to your dashboard and on left side is the Linden Exchange section where you will see a Buy Linden option

Eep I misread your question sorry.  You can sell your Linden for USD in the same section Just select manage then sell.

  8. You most likely belong to a group that charges fees.  On your dashboard go to the account section/transactions there you will see who/what is taking the Linden.  Just leave the offending group of contact the owner to see if they will change they way group is paid for

  9. Have you typed Xcite into your inventory search window?  Maybe they were saved to an outfit or another folder?

If you have and still did not find, then maybe you accidentally deleted them.  Stores will never replace transferable items.  But, usually will a copy/no transfer item...provided you can show proof of purchase...if you bought within the last 30 days you can copy the transaction, paste it on a notecard and re-request with a nice note to the owner.

  10. If you bought on the marketplace it can take up to 24  hours to deliver.

If it has been longer than 24 hours you can contact the merchant for a redelivery of the item

  11. This is not Linden Lab, the Forums are just residents like you so we cannot help here other than to offer suggestions.

If you bought on the Marketplace it is not the sellers fault...the online shopping platform is buggy.  But the merchant can help you. Look at your transaction for the item(s) and see who received the linden, the merchant's name.  Then inworld create a notecard to send to the merchant.  On the notecard paste a copy of the transaction records showing what you purchased, when and for how much.  Explain what happened and what you think should be refunded. Make sure you name the notecard something like "Failed Transaction," don't leave it just "New Note".  Im the merchant that you have a problem and are sending a notecard and then pass the note to them via profile.  Merchants are pretty good at making good on Marketplace errors quickly

If you do not receive help from merchant within 48 hours consider filing a report with the lab...but they are usually much slower at fixing things, so starting with the merchant has better odds for quick response

  12. You might find it much faster to just buy the item inworld.  See who created the item you want, look for them in Search/People and check their profile for a teleport to their shop.

I almost always only use the Marketplace as a search method and buy in world.  Besides delivery failures there are delays, and I want what I want..now lol

    Good luck

PS. I did not answer your question about when would get fixed...but the only answer is "who knows"  SL and the Marketplace are both full of bugs some get fixed some linger.
