GreenLantern Excelsior

I had purchased a new avatar, and in its folder was a "Voice Chat Gestures" folder with the same 16 gestures (speech gesture high 1-5, speech gesture low 1-6, speech gesture medium 1-5) as in Torley's first video (answer also correct), and all activated. Right clicking on the folder and selecting "Take Off Items" deactivated all the gestures, fixing my avatar so it doesn't look like Joe Cocker singing on stage. Thanks very much for the help!

When I turn on my microphone and start talking, my avatar moves around like it is talking or singing. This happens whether or not I am wearing an Animation Overrider (AO), and I don't know how to turn it off.
