AS a police officer that investigates those kinds of things, I will tell you flat out, you're either really dangerously ignorant of the law, or you are a lfat out liar.
Regardless of if the adult knew or not that the person they were having sex with was underage they STILL will go to jail. That applies to cybersex as equally as real sex.
Ever heard the saying "Ignorance is not a defense?" well it applies here. ANY adult that has sex OR cybersex with a MINOR will get tried for it and 99% of the time go to prison for it.
You dont need to actually have real sex to be arrested for cybering a minor. At minimum you can get distribution of pornography (yes pictures of a naked avatar count) and corruption of a minor, as well as sex offender status.
