[Viewer 2.5 with Web Profiles Has Arrived]

I can have multiple profiles open at the same time in Viewer 1.23.5. Are you saying that's not possible in Viewer 2? Instead of putting profiles on the web let's just all go back Viewer 1. It works great!

There is  an Abuse Report category called "Commerce - Failure to Deliver Product  or Service". If the merchant does not deliver the product or service,  then it's an issue for LL and you file an Abuse Report or a ticket. If  LL doesnt' respond, then I would blame LL for not responding as I think  most people would.

Yoz, it was fixed over a year ago, but not marked as Resolved in the JIRA until 5 weeks ago, a year after it was resolved? Seriously? LL never ceases to amaze me.

When/if the the customer support problems are fixed, we'll know. Why even bother to post: "We're going to do such and such and it's going to be so much better" (paraprasing on my part). Nobody believes you anyway. And we're all tired of LL's unkept promises.
