2007 is a while ago , but as I remember DX exhange made a restart in 2009. ( DX exchange was before 2009 known as Dutch Exchange ) I have no expirience with Spam or what soever , beause I never joined their inworld group Nevertheless Services like DX excahnge are my preffered payment methods, Tranfers with Paypal will take often several days, that is why I Canceled my Paypal account. for online payments I prefer to use Ideal http://www.hypergridbusiness.com/2013/05/currency-venues-fight-for-survival/

This new TOS is again showing the residents and business owners that developing business in SL is a risky business. Some dudes at linden lab proven in the past and now again they have totally no respect or consideration for their users. for several years I use the services from DX exchange, because I can directly transfer funds from my bank account, without the need of a credit card or Paypal. DX echange is a real world registered office, and made a lot of effort to be one of the best exchange services in secondlife, used by german, spanish, english and dutch residents for a few years they are told that the have to shut down their activities within 4 days ! couldnt LL give them atleast 30 days to deal with the new situation ? For me this will be the end of my secondlife, I will sell my sims and close my shops, because I refuse to be forced to use a payment methot I dont want to use.

I am afraid this new TOS will make many residents disapear from sl, because those third party services are populair among european users, who can't or want to make use from credit cards or paypal. I am using DX exhange for 4 years now, it is fast and reliable, with a good service and exchange ratings. and accepted several payment methods like Ideal. This change of TOS is forcing me to close my shops and sell my sims. The worst thing of changing the TOS is that Linden lab shows again that investing in secondlife is not safe DX exhange had a real world registered company and office, and they informed with a public message they had to close within a few days notice ! 30 days to comply to the new TOS would be fair Who will be the next victim of Linden labs ?

I already posted this question before, and I am sorry not everyone understood what the question was, so here I try again. Frequently i try to report abuse in our sandbox , but often submitting the report inworld fails even after repeated attempts) as i already understand how to submit a abuse report, and because it often fails to be submitted trough the inworld viewer I would like to know "Is there an alternative way to report violation of T.O.S ? " ( website , support tickets , i can 't find anything about it )

Thank you for your answer Marigold , but that is exactly what I do, but submitting the report to the support team fails time after time. and i don 't receive the confirmation of the submitted abuse report in my inbox ( which is usually the case ) My question is , when abuse reporting fails in world , is there an alternative way to send a abuse report ?
