It must be magic, how the claim is a growth in linden dollar sales. The payment info area has not worked correctly for weeks now. It was fine for me untill i got a new debit "visa" card with a new expiery date. No way will it enable me to use the card now as i had done in the past for so long. Sure it will let you use, Paypal, but i don't wish to, and shouldn't be rail roaded into using it.
Speaking with other people, they have had the same problem not being able to use debit cards. Hey, not everyone wishes to use credit cards. So it seams if you get a "gift card" loaded with money, you can't use it in SL now. If by chance you have an alt that has it's own funds account, good by to that also. Alts spend to LL's.
Anyway to my mind it must be costing the company heaps in lost income.
I did report the problem via a ticket. What a joke that was. I even rang, but got some guy that couldn't speak english very well, he couldn't understand even my log in name, i had to hang up in the end, as it was costing me money before i could even get to the problem.
Dealing with LL makes me want to scream. Hows that for customer relations?
