I quite like the 96 items per page. It's easier to scroll down than to click to the next page and get bored before they finally get to my item. At least this way my item stands a chance of being seen. Why oh why did I do the homepage feature a week ago for a halloween item? Well, I learnt the lesson again about not ever doing a homepage feature again. A category feature might have stood more of a chance with that banner now.

But if you have a featured in that category you will have less possibilities to be seen, cause that carousel moves every time you go to next page ;-) Imagine how many times your will see that carousel if you use 96 items per page ^^

The thing is no matter when you bought featured listing, cause they could change/reset/whatever relevance settings and your item in page 3 would go nowhere :P

  2. And how many time they take to remove those items or things that are not following the rules? cause I had to open a case about it and they redirect me to flag item. Of course there is no option to flag everything you have on your tos and in marketplace listing rules, so how LL would know what's the reason for that flag?

Tried to do it in a case and nothing happeneds. They just close case and do nothing ¬¬

  3. And would be better if you didn't play with relevance settings. Right now I just see a mix of 0-10L  and 2.000L items. And the things I was following sales and rank position are nowhere now...

Also notice firt time clicking that banner I had items per page changed to 96, not sure why ^^'

  5. You should contact then LL for a redeliver. Is not Merchant fault, but marketplace system. Not everyone can connect everyday to check, and could not receive your IM also. Also merchant is not notified about reviews, so won't expect to reply just because you rate with one star just for a non delivery ;-)

Guess you can find some good info about how to solve your problem In Knowledge Base:

    -----------------

    Unreceived items

Has it been more than 24 hours since you ordered? If so, contact the merchant, explain what happened, and politely request redelivery of the item. If it has been less than 24 hours, please be patient and check again later. If the merchant doesn't respond, you can submit a support case requesting redelivery. Make sure to include the order number and the exact name of the undelivered item(s).

Slow deliveries may currently be more noticeable because you now have a cart to which you can add multiple items. (This wasn't the case with the old Xstreet, which closed for purchases in October 2010.) Unfortunately, we can only send so many items at a time.

32px-KBnote.png Note: There are several interrelated causes that slow down delivery. We are hard at work on creating a faster and more reliable Marketplace system that will soon make Magic Boxes obsolete

Merchant you mentioned that has ilegal mesh on MP isnt only one ,there are more. One ewen states that his item is open source and he can do what ewer he wants with it wich it is not,i personaly informed original creators about it.

    Item on MP:

And funny his comment here because a one star rating for listing as a 3 prims item: "it is 3 prims and the mesh is 64 equivalent (that's how mesh works > http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Mesh"

So now all mesh creators would say only 1 prim when in fact are in SL 30prim? xD And no flag option for wrong prim count :P

  7. Same problem here!!!

As I said in the other post http://community.secondlife.com/t5/Merchants/Update-on-Marketplace-Login-Failures-and-Search-Results/td-p/1029101 is nice to see that an error that was fixed is here gain ¬¬

And this is even worst cause I have no transation history from last 2 days (just price and no name info) and most of sales confirmation emails are also missing. So need to check orders in marketplace and can't until they fix this. Just hope they could fix it before going out for weekend.

I only see one compelling reason to be Premium, and that's access to better support. I don't know why LL doesn't both increase the level of support with better trained support people, and then advertise that as an advantage.  The answers I get from support lately are pretty consistently 1) about a month too late and/or 2) reveal that the support person has little understanding of the issue and not much inclination to find out.

    totally agree

  9. The problem is customers don't use to have their emails active for IM. KB didn't say you could buy while you are offline from SL until now and is crazy they change something like this when we have customers every day with delivery problems. The could at least reduce failures changing that in KB and advice to stay logged while they are buying ^^

  10. I just notice they did edit some text in Knowledge Base about shopping in the Marketplace that could be the reason for people buying things while they are not logged to SL and making them to lose they purchases because the capped delivery.

    Now you can read:

    --------

    After you buy

After purchasing an item, log into Second Life. You will see a notification like this in your Second Life Viewer:

Click the Keep button to confirm you want the item.

    --------

English is not my mother tongue, but reading this I understand that I can buy items while I'm not online and login later with no problems. Thought they should be logged while they are buying things :matte-motes-confused:
That could be the reason for lot of people asking for redelivery, saying they got messages about delivery capped and such things...

Another point I have is this:

While there are two categories for sculpties in the section 'building tools', there is none for mesh. Can you please add one?

I don't know how they start selling mesh in Marketplaces without adding a category for mesh :matte-motes-confused: and really think they should delete on ef those sculpts categories to make it clear for customers.
