This is a glitch that also sometimes happens if the sim needs a restart. So if you try rezzing otherwise and it doesnt work, do a sim restart to fix it.

I had the same problem myself, and to be honest the only way to remedy it is get a better video card or better pc. Many of the older model pc's/video cards have issues processing the textures with the newer graphics and meshes in SL. So it may be time to bite the bullet and get a new one.

Linden Labs scans and updates the pics usually every 24 hours or so.

Sounds like an avatar issue that I have heard from a few people.. Sounds like there could be an attachment or somthing wrong with your avi... When you log in, press CTRL+ALT+D to open the development menu, then go to AVATAR then CHARACTER TEST then choose Male or Female test.. Once that loads see if it boots you out.. if not try re-wearing the outfit, one item at a time that you had on until you get booted.. The last item will be the one with the issues.. When you log back in remove that item and delete it.. That should soveany issues.. If not contact LL Support adn file a ticket so they can look into it..

First try Windows update and see if the driver is there first, if not, I would check to see which card you have and visit the manufacturers website for up to date drivers. Some drivers you may even find if you search Google and look for drivers for that particular card, just make sure you specify Windows 8..

You need to get a shoutcast stream from a vendor inworld (if you search you will find many places that offer streams) and also use something like SAM broadcaster or Winamp to stream the music.. The stream you rent will have all the URL info you'll need to add to the land for the stream to be heard.
