Just grabbed this Trad. Looks like a great location facing the west - view of house boats. I don't like having houseboats in my back yard. I should have thought about this before wasting one of my lives!! I am looking for another perfect spot.. I was trying for the Passwall earlier and missed it.. Bummer!!! I agree with you. It is silly to have hedges blocking a beautiful view. I would derender the hedges if that was my parcel.

Caught this one -out of boredom and something do do before work.. I suppose looking for better than what I have now? This beautiful Vic popped up again... I think I had this one earlier this week. I am putting it back. There is no water.. but what you have is this house is on elevated land , there is lots of land and a small park with a over sized Willow and lots of land behind you for sense of privacy. Clicked this Vic out of boredom. This is too pretty to just toss it back. This a nice water spot with sunset and lots and lots of water. There is a cool looking ice house and the house boats in the distance if you crank up your draw. I derendered the red tree out back. I am so sorry-- I got excited there was a release.. I was going to come back to add the house theme that was released...... but got distracted in chat with my g/f who wanted to show me her new house that she landed. I can't wait for the Stilts!!!
