land has been taken from me

My land was taken away from me without any compensation or notification at all. The property in question is at http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Valis/240/216/122, and it is 512 square meters in size. A new person now apparently owns this property, somehow. His name is Thom Nissen: (secondlife:///app/agent/1ab14df0-91c2-41b0-a1ae-91035f143b73/inspect), who I am sure is innocent of any wrong-doing. I think the Linden Second Life program made an error in giving my land to him. He can have it, but I would like an equal property without charge. I have tried to contact Linden support over the last couple of weeks to no response whatever. Hopefully this will get through to someone who can advise me how to correct this dilemma and restore my property rights if not on the original site than on another site of equal value, without charge to me.

our land is now occupied by someone else, and our profile says we have zero parcels of land. what happened? am trying to get to live chat to discuss this. have spent alot of time trying to get to chat services, but keep getting run around from page to page with no live chat found. please advise.

this is the second time i've asked about this, cannot use second life because these weird patterns appear all over the screen whenever i'm logged in. the ocean looks like it has strange lines all over it. the land in most places looks weird with a repeating pattern all over it. my avatar is weird looking, with all sorts of strange colors and clothing. trees all look weird, not like trees but like orange clusters of strange patterns. i have screen images of the weird patterns but can't send them on this page. i've sent a message in on support with the images attached, but have heard nothing. have used second life for years now but this problem makes it so i cannot use it. please reply (email jps2004@comcast.net)
