What are we looking for: Dancers : Joyful personality (strictly drama free) Responsible colleague mentality Decent looks English speaker (any other language on top of english , is great) Flexible hours - we are mostly interested ( Saturday & Sundays) 4 hours work required Stable payment for Dancers (no tip jar) For Hosts: All the above plus : Specific hours for events on Saturdays and Sundays 100% of tips for hosts Welcome guests and interacting along their staying Invite people to dance Carefully monitor the situation and inform upper management on upcoming issues (i .e harassment cases) No loud gestures , subtle playful gestures are preferred Group Notices Tips from upper management ( we wont let you work for zero tips) Interested ?
