I found out another way for the case that you dont have external links to your product: - Go ingame to MP-Listings. - right click on "Edit listing" - your product edit site will pop up in browser - dont change anything and save - product will be now in shop again

Same here: I have 17 active products in my MP-Shop listed. But suddenly i see only 14 ones. In my "Listing" tab in MP there are also only 14 ones. In my ingame listing-tab there are still 17 ones. When i follow the direct link to the missing products from, e.g. Flickr, i can still reach the missing items-link and the product seems to be active. That does not explain why an AD that i BUY does produce zero Impressions and click throughs

I have no other words anymore than that advertisements in MP are just a scam since March. LOOK AT THIS?!?!??!? From 95.000 Impressions to ZERO Why is Linden not reacting on that?

Now i changed back my product descriptions to the more specific ones. Result: i dissapear from number one result page to the end of the world. Only one of my items appears on Number one page EVEN IF ITS NOT THE MOST SOLD AND ALSO NOT THE MOST RATED ITEM of my items. Who can understand that? And in same time the Enhancements result into zero or close to zero click-throuhgs (before march i had thousands?!?!). Under these circumstances no one can and would ever find my items and i see nothing bad in it when someone names als her items the same, just as the algorythm wants it. I mean what can we do? Now i have specific product name, but no one will ever see it. While old and totally bad made stuff appears on page one for some reasons. Thats all insane.

I also dont know. Maybe cause i do generally bikini shots, but also mosty creators do. I changed now all to "G" again. Lets see if they change it again back to "M"

Your are right with all what you say. I did that just as a test, not as solution forever. Before that MP issue appeared, i had of course a particular description like you are suggesting. The age rating is made by linden. Of course i want to reach as much people as possible, so i set G-Rating. But Linden does change them to M. There is nothing what i can do about that.

Im with you Caren. Of course its not the right way, but i just tried cause i am so desperate. And even when i appear on top 1 page i dont sell stuff. Thats very strange. I also dont know what to do.

I have same issue. I tried with FS and SL Viewer... but could not fix it. When i log in or TP somwehere, body part are flying around for maybe 30 seconds or 1 minute, and then suddenly everything loads. I talked to FS support, and they gave me different advices like clearing cache, whitelisting antivirus and so on. I follwod all, but still same. Any solution?

You can fix the search issue by renaming all your products to just one key word. I did that an appear with nearly all of my items in number 1 search page if someone searches "shape lelutka legacy". 1. But that did NOT change the fact that i nearly dont sell anything since beginning of march and i wonder why 🤷‍♀️ 2. If you name all your items the same you cannot seperate your products anymore in your products list, cause they have all the same name. Here would be an addtional note needed. Now i have to click on every item to see what it is 💀 3. The problem with the not working adds is still existing. The last adds had nearly zero clicks - so i have no chance to promote my stuff in any way. If course i did not buy any new adds from MP. Why should i? This all is totally absurd.

Give me one reason why i should buy an ad when the clikc throughs are looking like that. LOL! I stop creating new stuff until thats fixed. Not worth any more to spend any second of life time in creating stuff.

Small creators like me need the MP. There is no other way that people could see my items. An inworld shop for shapes is also not usefull, cause i dont offer shape-demos cause they are easy to copy. So if i dont have a very expensive shop in a crowded place, no one would see my stuff - only in MP or Flickr. And all that worked very good for me - until beginning of march. Besides that, events are hell of work. Its not made in 5 minutes, no - it takes hours and hours of life time to plan and organize even ONE event. And until now i have nealy no sells and ALSO nearly zero click-throughs in my advertises in MP. That was very different before march. I had thousands of click-throughs, now nearly zero. How is that possible?

Still not having any sells. Means i have also no reason and motivation do create new stuff. Really i could cry.
