Welcome to Willowdale Trails, our latest addition to Willowdale Estates! With a focus on natural landscaping and connectivity through our extensive trail system, Willowdale Trails aims to offer a new and exciting experience for our tenants while maintaining the high quality you’ve come to expect from Willowdale Estates. We’d like to take a moment to tell you about the unique features that Willowdale Trails has to offer. -
Willowdale Estate was created by Imagin Illyar in 2009 to be something special with professional landscaping and more privacy than you usually get on parcelled land. Today, 14 years later, we specialize in very private, Four Season, professionally landscaped large full prim parcels and Full Homesteads.

Our Pacific North West design is raised so a house with a basement would work here. It features more rustic landscaping with a surrounding stream.

Willowdale offers forest themed parcels that change seasons 4 times a year without you having to do anything at all. Seasons really help keep the land interesting and tenants are able to move and return landscaping items without it affecting the season changes.

At Willowdale we have a strict policy to NEVER change the tier on an existing tenant. This absolutely protects you against a surprise price increase. We do, at times, adjust our pricing to better reflect the market and to stay competitive, but on vacant land only. If you buy land at Willowdale, the price we promise is the price you keep as long as you keep the land.

Willowdale's corner 1/4 sim parcels are 16,384 sqm with 7500 prims for L4650/week or L17,700/4 weeks. We offer 5 different landscaping styles - Forest Cove, River Run, Pacific Northwest, Lighthouse Cove, and Jungle Tropical.
