Our Forest Cove design has a wonderful hidden forest area with a lookout that you go through an arch to access. It also has a river down the side and a large swim area with useable water.

Over 4km of Nature Trails – The trail system stretches over 4km, connecting every lot and region as well as the central Lake. The entire Trail system has also been personally landscaped and features several beautiful and unique rest stops. Built to be enjoyed either on foot, or riding, our trails are designed with a peaceful and natural theme throughout. Through the trail system every lot has access to the sparkling white sand beach and crystal-clear lake.

Willowdale's 1/2 sim parcels are 32,768 sqm with 15,000 prims for L8700/week or L33,000/4 weeks. These are popular with people who find a homestead isn't enough prims. The parcels are very private and with only 1 or 2 other parcels on the region you would mostly have it to yourself. We offer 5 different landscaping styles - Forest Cove, River Run, Pacific Northwest, Lighthouse Cove, and Jungle Tropical. Our Pacific North West design features rustic landscaping and has a raised house area and a surrounding stream.

If you like long walks in the woods, this is the layout for you! Follow a path that goes through 3 types of forest, up a mountain, over a waterfall and down the other side, then up to the lookout point over the ocean. It includes a huge waterfall with pond, a beach inlet with large swimming area and still has enough room and prims for a large house or two. This is also a fully season change layout! Seasons are changed upon request and will work no matter how much you have changed the landscaping. This is a 4 Season Homestead. Willowdale Trails is the most popular opening we have ever had, the first round sold out so fast that we have now opened a second ring of 8 extra prim regions. Willowdale Trails aims to offer a truly unique experience for our tenants. We have lots ranging in size from 3600 sqm, all the way up to ½ Sims.
