Our River Run design is by far the most popular, it features an elaborate waterfall area with a path you can follow up to a lookout. It has the smallest flat area for a house. This style is a bit different depending on the corner.

We have one only corner with sunset view available today!

This coastal layout uses only 1040 prims which leaves a lot for you but it's also packed with features! The raised area is big enough for a huge house with a basement. There is also a flat beach area big enough to hold a second house. Ocean waves and surf surround the whole sim but you can also drive a boat all the way around the land and a little motorboat and dock is included! The incredibly realistic lighthouse is usable, you can go inside and walk up the stairs to the top. If you like beach that is NOT tropical, this is the layout for you!

f you like long walks in the woods, this is the layout for you! Follow a path that goes through 3 types of forest, up a mountain, over a waterfall and down the other side, then up to the lookout point over the ocean. It includes a huge waterfall with pond, a beach inlet with large swimming area and still has enough room and prims for a large house or two. This is also a fully season change layout! Seasons are changed upon request and will work no matter how much you have changed the landscaping. This is a 4 Season Homestead. Our Pacific North West design is split with a stream but will still hold 2 very large houses. It has a raised house area as well as an elaborate waterfall/river area.

At Willowdale we have a strict policy to NEVER change the tier on an existing tenant. This absolutely protects you against a surprise price increase. We do, at times, adjust our pricing to better reflect the market and to stay competitive, but on vacant land only. If you buy land at Willowdale, the price we promise is the price you keep as long as you keep the land.
