    In the past i always had my builds on 1/4th parcels. This time i was suggested to try Mainland but since this will be a commercial lounge bar, what would be the best type of land to do this on? my goals is that it'd be in the air so lag doesn't be so problematic. and for LI with the builds i'm still looking for a good building for the actual bar. any ideas on which land i shold make this on?
