How do I know how many LI I have left to furnish the house?

I have just chosen my new Linden home, it is still absolutely empty but as soon as I enter the music is played at full volume, if I go out the music is no longer heard. I haven't rezzed anything yet...how can I turn this music off?

I bought Neo promo but I have a lot of problems finding suitable clothes. Any dress you wear shows holes. Also I can't find any tattoos for this avatar. Can you help me? Am I wrong something?
